St James is
in the hub of the central business district and is close to
many art galleries, theatres, fine restaurants and international
shopping. Alternatively, relaxing under the trees on a sunny
afternoon is just as available with the Park literally on the
doorstep.
This apartment is on the top floor with elevated views over
the trees in Albert Park. It has a high stud and is very spacious.
There is access across the corridor to a large outdoor deck
with barbeque and also a sauna room. The

DVD (movies), a portable CD stereo player. There is a 21”
TV in the main bedroom.

can be connected if required for fax or internet use.)
